Grace Patricia Kelly (12 November, 1929 – 14 September, 1982), famously and simply known as Grace Kelly, was a talented American actress in the 1950s.
In 1956, she fell head-over-heels in love with the Prince of Monaco, Rainier III.

Soon after, this romance led to a royal engagement and an extravagant royal wedding that caught the watchful eyes of people from all over the world. She earned herself the title of Princess of Monaco, and was commonly referred to as Princess Grace.

Her new role as princess also marked the end of her acting career.

On the fateful day of 14 September 1982, Grace Kelly was pronounced dead in an unfortunate car crash where she lost control of the wheel. She was said to have suffered a stroke while driving. Her daughter, Princess Stephanie who was in the backseat of the car, survived the accident and is now alive to tell the tale.

23 years later, Grace Kelly is still an iconic beauty that remains crystal clear in the eyes of Hollywood and fondly remembered in the loving memory of those who loved and cared.
